If you find yourself or your driver is using Navistream and not recording any Driving time on their logbook it could mean a few things:
- The Navistream tablet may have been turned off during use.
- If you or your driver were driving in the U.S. and the vehicle is outfitted with a connection to the truck's ECM, that connection may not be working correctly. This article has some basic tips for troubleshooting this connection.
- If you're not utilizing ECM, or you or your driver were driving in Canada under Canadian Federal Regulations then the tablet's GPS may be turned off or malfunctioning. A restart of the tablet can fix this issue sometimes.
