If you camera is showing offline follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure Camera is Powered on
- If the camera is correctly powering on you should see either the default screen with an image of a car or PIN screen, see below for images. The default PIN for all Navistream cameras is 3333 unless you have changed the PIN.


- If you camera is not powering on, please ensure the confirm that the camera has been installed to a constant power source in the fuse box.
- If you have just received the camera, please leave it connected and charging. It may take up to 30-60 minutes for the camera to power on.

If the camera is still powering on and still showing as offline please proceed to Step 2.
2. Check Cell Connection
- Check cellular signal, this can be found at the bottom of the main screen after entering the pin. (Navistream camera's default pin is 3333, or a custom pin if you have changed it). If you are not in a area with good cell service, please wait until you are in good cell service and verify if you have a cellular connection.

- Verify SIM card recognition:
- From the Home screen, tap Settings.
- Select More information.
- Scroll down to view the SIM number. If the SIM is not recognized or there are no signal bars, proceed to the next step.
- Remove and reinstall the SIM card, please follow the below support article with a video showing how to remove and reinstall the SIM card
If the camera is still showing as offline, please proceed to step 3
3. Manual Power Off/Restart
- Power off the camera and restart it, to complete it follow these steps:
- Enter the default PIN of 3333 or the custom PIN if you have changed it
- Press Settings
- Scroll down and select Power Off
- A confirmation screen will appear, please disconnect the power cable and press OK for the camera to power off.
- Await for the camera to fully power off and reinsert the power cable
- Complete a Manual Reboot, to complete follow these steps:
- Open SD Card Cover (please view How Do I Remove and Reinstall the SD Card and SIM Card in my Navistream Camera on how to remove the SD card cover)
- The reset button will be a small pin hole to the left of the SD card and SIM card. Please see below image for location. You will need a small and thin object such as a paper clip to press this. Press and hold this button until the camera powers off and restarts.

If the camera is still showing as offline, please proceed to step 4.
4. Complete a Factory Reset
- A factory reset of the camera will reset any settings you have changed on the camera. The SD card and the recordings will not be erased when completing this. To complete follow these steps:
- Enter the default PIN of 3333 or the custom pin if you have changed it
- Press Settings
- Scroll down to Factory Reset
- A confirmation screen screen will appear, press OK for the camera to being the Factory reset.
