There may be instances that Navistream Support requires to know what version you are currently running on mynavistream.com or on a tablet. Below shows how to find the version that you are currently on.
On the website:
Open the additional options button beside your name on the Navistream website, then select "About".
The version of the Navistream Web Client will be shown to you on the page.
On the Tablet:
On the Login screen, the current version of Navistream is displayed as text right below the Sign In button:
