Yes!
When creating a new geozone, or editing an existing one, there is a section at the bottom that can be used to designate when the speed limit is active or not. This section includes restrictions on time of day, and time of year!
It is important to know that the times for a day ends at midnight. If the desired time for the speed limit to be enforced goes past midnight 2 days are needed to be selected.
Example: Speed Limit for the geozone is set to be on from Monday 8PM to Tuesday 4AM. This would require selected both Monday and Tuesday and entering the time to be 8:00PM to 4:00AM.
