How do I remotely access Navistream Camera video recordings? : Navistream

Video recordings stored on the Navistream Camera can be accessed and viewed when the camera is either in Standby or Online. To access the camera recordings log into mynavistream.com and:

Click on the ADMINISTRATION tab.

Depending on your user role access, you may not have access to this page. Please reach out to your administrator to gain the necessary permissions.

Click on, Cameras.

Select the pop-out option for the camera you are looking to access recordings for. This will open the View Camera page for the cameras. The pop-out option looks like this:

Select CAMERA RECORDINGS option. This will take you to the CAMERA RECORDINGS page.

Once on the CAMERA RECORDINGS page, you can search the recordings by first setting the Recording Type, Date, Time, and Length of the video clip you are interested in.

The time can alternatively be set by clicking on the Timeline. Above the Timeline there is a legend to the various states of the Timeline. Those states are:

Recording: This indicates the times for which recordings are available.
Not Available: This indicates the times for which recordings are not available.
Saved Clip: This indicates the segments of footage that have been previously saved..
Selection: This indicates the clip segment determined by the Time and Length selected.

Use the Preview 30 seconds option to help identify the clip you're looking for.

Use the Save option to retrieve the clip. The length of the clip is determined by the Length that was selected while the date and time were being set. Saved clips will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Information and options pertaining to the clip are also displayed here such as Date, Start time, End time, Duration, Vehicle assignment, Speed, Camera view, the time before the saved clip Expires, the option to play the clip and the option to download the clip.
