This update changes the report to be more in line with our updated report structure, similar to our Shift Report, or Cycle and Trip reports.
Below we'll go over the new structure and point out key features that will be of use to you.
Note: This report is wholly dependent on Navistream users performing the Fuelling Activity on the Navistream tablet. If users are not doing that, then this report will contain no data.
Query
Selected Organization:
Choose one or more organizations available to you. Inspections from these organizations will show up in the data table.
Date Range:
Specify a date range from the pick list or specify a specific range using the custom range. Inspections from drivers that match that date range will appear in the data table. Only appears if by Date Range is selected in the Mode picklist.
Filters
Vehicles:
Select one or more vehicles to create a filter. Only the selected vehicles will appear in the data table.
Vehicle Types:
Select one or more vehicle types to create a filter. Only the selected vehicles types will appear in the data table.
Driver:
Select one or more users to create a filter. Only inspections completed by the selected users will appear in the data table.
Jurisdiction:
Select one or more states or provinces to see only data from one or more of your selections.
Vendor:
Select one or more vendors to only see fuelling done at those vendors.
Location:
Select one or more location (geozone) to only see fuelling done at those locations.
Fuel Type:
Select one or more fuel types to only see fuellings of those specific fuel types.
Aggregates
An overview of inspection data based on the currently displayed inspections in the data table and influenced by your queries and filters.
Data Table
This is where you will see the fuelling activities that matches your current Filter selections. You're able to see important information at a glance, such as the date and time, the driver's name, and summary information about the fuelling activity including location, vendor information and more.
Click the Pop-Out icon to view the Detail Report. This displays all the available information for the given selection.
