When reviewing the driver’s log book for information in the Latitude/Longitude columns. If any of the rows are Unknown, then we are not receiving GPS data during the time of those Duty Statuses.
This may indicate that the tablet is out of GPS coverage, is encountering a problem with the environment of the vehicle's cab such as radio interference, or that there is a hardware problem with the tablet itself.
